The CSA Research team (CSA, acronym of Common Sense Advisory) uses established methods to guarantee research figures that are totally independent and reliable about suppliers of language services, technology, global businesses and investors. CSA publishes updated reports and compiles a classification of the most technological and efficient language service providers.

The ranking of top language service providers, put together by CSA, is based on data of 2020. The CSA Research team analyses and processes the data collected. For the past 17 years, the researchers have studied the language sector, and Arkadia figures among the top 20 in this field, a positioning which makes us particularly proud of the work carried out by our team.

Over the past year, we have seen an increase in the demand for translation in the legal and financial fields, thanks to our team’s transversal skills and strong translation experience in these two sectors. A financial report, for example, is a highly sensitive and complex process for a company, subject to very specific and rigid rules. For this reason, when a document of this type is being drafted, edited or translated, there is no room for error and/or inaccuracies.

A financial report is always deposited with the national business register in whichever country the company is based, but the document must also be completely accessible to foreign investors or bankers.
