Some weeks ago, we told you about our participation in the event organised by The Banking Scene in Amsterdam. We revealed that in the following days something would be happening and if you followed us on our social media accounts, you already know what we are talking about…
We are referring to the great opportunity offered by Founder and Managing Director of the Banking Scene, Rik Coeckelbergs: the chance to be sponsor of their biggest event of the year, held in Brussels on 17 May.
Environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG), Banking for Good, Digital for Good, Sustainability and the future of Banking were the most common themes, discussed by experts in the captivating venue of the Maison de la Poste, one of the buildings in the Tours & Taxis complex, a former industrial site. It was actually a freight station for unloading of goods from trains, abandoned due to lack of need but later rehabilitated for the staging of events.
Arkadia Translations participated with its own stand and had the chance to present its services to more than 400 attendees from a mix of legacy banks, challengers, suppliers and fintechs, and the regulatory field: in short, the whole banking world.
For the event, Arkadia created a backdrop mural with the skylines of Brussels and Milan (our two hearts) in order to draw the attention of attendees and highlight its skills in the translation of Financial Statements and Annual Reports, Financial Press Releases, etc.
As with the event on cryptocurrencies and that of The Banking Scene in Amsterdam itself, again in this case we took part in the conference to understand how banks are tackling this particular historic period and the new emerging requirements.
From our point of view, it is important to know in advance such needs in order to continue offering highly customised solutions, adapting our services to a market that is constantly evolving.
