A Senior Project Manager oversees organisation and management of key translation and interpreting projects and liaises with clients. The role involves managing all aspects of requests for translation and interpreting services: issuing quotes, forming a team of translators, interpreters and/or revisers for each project, coordinating internal and external resources, liaising with the client throughout the project, delivering the finished job to the client, and managing feedback and aftersales relations. You will also be involved in the acquisition of new projects and be responsible for presenting our company and workflow to new clients.
You will work in an extremely dynamic, collaborative environment, in constant evolution and with a very intense workflow.


  • Languages required: Italian, English and preferably a third language
  • Degree: preferably a degree in translation or in languages
  • Previous experience (at least 2 years) as a Project Manager or in a similar position with a translation or localisation company
  • Good knowledge and use of the main CAT Tools (MemoQ / SDL Trados Studio and/or others)
  • First-rate organisational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, a flair for interpersonal communication, initiative, proactivity, the ability to work in a team, and an interest in new sector technologies
